Move your mouse over the

icons to see a visual of the current step:
- • Why isn't my webcam working?
- • Make sure all other webcam applications are closed and try again.
- Begin the interview
- If this is the first time you are using your camera, you will be prompted to either "Allow" or "Deny" Adobe Flash Player access to your camera and microphone. Click "Allow"

- On the "Test Settings" screen, Right-Click for the Adobe Flash Player Settings drop-down menu to appear
- Click "Settings" from the drop-down menu

- You will now need to click on the webcam tab and select the appropriate web-camera device from the drop-down menu

- Click on the Privacy tab and make sure the "Allow" and "Remember" options are checked

- Click "Close"
- Click on "Change Settings"

- Make sure the camera selected from the drop-down menu is the same as before

- Select the appropriate Microphone and Click "Test" and try again

• Ensure you have the latest version of Flash Player by Right Clicking and then Clicking "About Adobe Flash Player"
- This will take you to Adobe Flash Player's website
- Follow the steps listed on the website to update or install needed Adobe Flash Player software
- • Why won't the continue button activate?

- Make sure the audio level crosses the red line. This is a minimum threshold and will not let you continue until reached.

- Raise the Volume Adjuster until the audio level crosses the red line

- If no sound is detected, click "Change Settings" and select a different Audio Device

- Click "Test" and try again

- • Why did my screen turn gray and not allow me to do anything?
- Use Firefox and try again
- • Why can't I hear any sound?

• You need to go into your control panel and un-mute and/or turn up your speakers volume
• If that does not work then on the video screen Click and Right Click and enter the Adobe Flash Player Settings
- Click the Microphone Tab

- Select the type of microphone you are using from the drop-down menu

- Adjust the "Record Volume" to your needs
- If the microphone is working properly, you will see the volume bars appear

- • Why did my interview freeze? I need to record my last 2 responses!

- Select the interview that you had previously chosen
- Skip through the questions that saved properly
- Answer the questions that you were unable to get to the first time
- Once complete, delete the responses that you skipped over

- On the "Test Settings" screen, hold down CTRL + Click to bring up the Adobe Flash Player Settings window

- Click "Settings"
- If this is the first time you are using your camera, you will be prompted to allow Adobe Flash Player access to your camera and microphone. Click "Allow"

- You will now need to click on the webcam tab and activate the "USB Video Class webcam

- Click on the Privacy tab and make sure the "Allow" and "Remember" options are checked

- Click "Close"
- Click on "Change Settings"

- Make sure the "USB Video Class Video" has been selected

- Select the appropriate Microphone and Click "Test" and try again
